Very good stay, recommend to everyone who needs a good hotel

Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean room and good location. We liked the overall stay at the hotel.

The mattress could be more comfortable but I am hard to please in this matter. Apart from that there was nothing else not to like.

Overall a good hotel and will stay here again

The bed was very comfortable and the room temperature was just right. An ideal spot for transport into the city and other places we wanted to visit. Very good breakfast with a good choice of cereal, fruit, continental (meat,cheese croisants etc.) or cooked.

The bathroom was quite small and (as we prefer a bath) with the shower screen the bath was awkward to get into/out of.

Enjoyable and quiet. Good all-rounder.

Staff were welcoming, from start to finish, no traffic noise to be heard at night which was a nice surprise.

Apple juice was watered down at breakfast, would prefer pure apple juice in the morning.

Comfortable and convenient

It was nicer than expected in general, staff were very friendly on check in. The parking was very handy. We noticed that our sink was blocked late in the evening and the person on duty came up within 10 mins to unblock it.

The location was ideal for us for various reasons and we know the area well, but if you're new to the city or a tourist it might seem like an uninteresting location (though the tube, train and bus links are excellent)

cant fault any of it, the car park is small and operates on a first come basis, but they do try their best to get you in, and compared to other hotels that don't have any parking you gotta be grateful that they offer such service. staff very friendly and hotel seems to have undergone refurb so was pleasantly surprised at how modern it was inside, also very very clean, will definately use again

Not gourgeous but reasonably comfortable

The location is excellent as there are some supermarkets (Sainsbury, Waitrose and more) as well as many cozy restaurants and pubs in a few minutes wakling distance , further is convenient to visit any places in the city centre by Tube from Finchly Road station (less than 30min by Tube). The hotel itself is not gourgeous, but reasonblly good qulity. It is just off Finch Road (10-20m) but I never heard noises as long as I am in the room and it was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time! The breakfast was a typical British Breakfast which I enjoyed very much!!

The room facilities (bed, shower etc) are rather old.

Perfect to just sleep comfortably with no frills, and close to a tube station.

The room was small but with a really comfortable king size bed, the en-suite was compact with an over-bath shower, and everywhere was really clean. Windows had been opened so the room was full of sunshine and fresh air. The room had a decent hairdryer and a fan. The hotel is a short walk from Finchley Road tube station and had a small car park (about 8 cars) in which we were able to get a space. The buffet breakfast was better than we had expected at this price point and well staffed. The lovely funny lady on reception was really helpful. We didn’t need other facilities as we spent all our time sightseeing, so a perfect place to just sleep without having to pay for frills we would have had no time to use.

There is work being done at the hotel which did not disturb us but the builders vans with doors slamming did wake us up. Also the tv reception wasn’t great due to the aerials being dislodged during recent high winds. A room safe would have been nice.

Standard chain offering B&B in a decent location in London.

The car park is small but had room and reception were very helpful. The hotel is pretty standard chain type so easy to predict with a decent (though small) room and bathroom. Location is good for that part of London and near tube (metropolitan line) with 15 mins to Kings Cross. A lot of shops and eating places near by.

The breakfst room is in the basement and felt a little claustraphobic. Breakfast was Ok though not exceptional and the tables/environment fairly basic. For a one night stopover with parking to help my son move flat it was fine but wouldn't use it for a longer stay.
